Le Circuit des Amériques (COTA) s'engage à offrir une expérience inclusive à tous les visiteurs, en garantissant l'accessibilité aux personnes handicapées.
Le COTA propose des parkings accessibles, des rampes d'accès, des navettes et des locations de fauteuils roulants, ainsi qu'une assistance à la mobilité pour garantir une visite sans encombre aux personnes qui en ont besoin.
Des services tels que la location de fauteuils roulants et l'accès à des salles sensorielles peuvent être organisés en se rendant au bureau des services aux visiteurs.
