COTA bietet barrierefreie Parkplätze, Rampen, Shuttlebusse und Rollstuhlverleih sowie Mobilitätshilfe, um einen reibungslosen Besuch für diejenigen zu gewährleisten, die auf Hilfe angewiesen sind.
Services wie der Verleih von Rollstühlen und der Zugang zu Sensorikräumen können am Gästeservice-Schalter vereinbart werden.
Barrierefreie Sitzplätze sind auf den Tribünen in den Kurven 12 und 15 verfügbar. Tickets für diese Plätze können direkt auf der COTA-Website oder unter der Telefonnummer (512) 655-6300 vor dem Rennwochenende erworben werden.
